Founded in 1955 as a small Speedometer and gauge repair shop, North Hollywood Speedometer has grown into one of the most globally respected automotive instrument repair, restoration, conversion, and customization specialty . We currently have over 10 technicians and stock thousands of new parts in our 4100 sqft. facility.
In 2014 NHS was acquired by Concourse Instrument Corporation. Since then we have upgraded our capabilities across the board. From our highly trained and experienced technicians, years of accumulated knowledge and cutting edge new technologies, our goal is to provide you with the highest quality restorations possible. Our in house graphics and printing department allows us complete control over our restoration process giving us the unprecedented ability to work with you directly on any custom projects.
Our focus is primarily on German made instruments, though we also work on Italian, British and American as well. The German gauges we work on are VDO, Veigel, and MotoMeter which are often found in Porsche, Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, BMW, Rolls Royce, Saab and Volvo cars. The Italian and British gauges we work on include Veglia Borletti, Jaeger; and Smith respectively. We also work on most American gauges.
