Very disappointing and perhaps a bit sketchy. I shipped them the instrument cluster from my 1991 BMW E34 M5. The tachometer had stopped working. Their initial estimate was “around $500”. Some time later I got a call stating that it could be as much as $1,500 if the technician had to replace the mother board. Didn’t hear more until they called to complete a charge for $1,500. I paid but asked for detail and was told that the technician would send a video. Got the part, it worked but the invoice was just one line item, no detail. After a repeated request they sent a video of the face of the cluster working no detail. 4 written requests for an itemized invoice have been met with evasive responses; now they don’t bother to respond.

Was told my instruments were ready two weeks ago. Made two different arrangements to pick them up. Flew in to Burbank (yes, on an airplane, from the city where I live), rented a car and drove to NoHo Speedo only to be told the instruments were NOT ready. It makes no difference how good your work is (and from what I've seen, it's very good) when I cannot rely on your people to give me straight answers over the phone. Don’t talk to me about Covid…we've all learned to deal with it. These guys, not so much. Pro Tip: the virus doesn't spread over the phone. If you're sick and the project won't be finished, CALL ME and save me an AIRPLANE RIDE to California. PS: Turns out my pieces were ready but then one of them stopped working a few days ago. The other one, the “ready to go” one, I had to sit in the shop and wait on until it really was ready. It was handed to me wrapped in a plastic bag (no padding, no box). Porsche specialists with Prius customer service. PSS: The completed instrument is gorgeous.

NHS got my 944S to cluster in pretty pristine factory shape. I just wanted a color change along with different speed read out and numbers. What I got back was something that literally looks like it came from the factory like this, I was actually pretty amazed at the quality. That was 12 years ago and the gauges are still working wonderfully, and always get comments from people that car shows. When I brought the car in to my mechanic he literally said “ wow who did these gauges”. I’m about to send them my Crossfire gauges for similar treatment, they are the best in the business hands-down.

I dont know if it was just a miscommunication but I went over to get a clock converted into a tach. Surprisingly they were able to do this, also looks amazing quality is a1, they even added some red hash marks so I can see my redline. I was told "eleven nighty five" would be the price. Now I obviously figured this was a bit cheap for the work. I got clarification and it was $1195.00 seems kinda pricey but I need a tach lol. Sadly I can't find one off the shelf to fit the hole in the dash, they got me by the balls. Great people tho!!
