I was referred to North Hollywood Speedometer from a company i do business with as they rated them with high quality work ! Well i sent my gauge face overlays and a new bezel set for my BMW E46 M3 and hadn't heard from them since ? I gave them about a week or so to call and explain the price and go over what i wanted as that was requested to leave a note in the box with what i needed done. Well that was done but no phone call ? No response for a few weeks ? So i finally call spoke with Debbie a rude woman to say the least and asked what was going on ? As stated earlier i was referred by a top notch company ! Well she said again that someone would call to discuss my concerns ect. Another week passed with no response. So i yet call again speak with Ralph i assume he was the owner and would make good on the ordeal ? Well he was just as much of a jerk as the woman. He keeps my parts for almost a month with no price, no phone calls and then tells me the tech is scared to work on my gauge faces as he doesn't want to break the needles ? You wait 3 weeks to tell me that ? So i pay to ship the items you claim you can do 3000+ miles away for you to send them 3000+ miles back as they where shipped ? To say the least this place is terrible with it's customer service, and they way they handle business ! You people should close your doors and never look back ! I don't see how you lasted in business this long with terrible customer service like this ! This place is terrible and you will be sorry if you do business with them ! Fair warning ! And if you do decide to do business with them make sure your request is completed first and to your liking before giving any type of payment ! I thought people from the West Coast was alright ? I guessed wrong they suck just like anyone else ! Good luck and don't get ripped off or scammed by these west coast thugs !
Dear Sean, We received your BMW 2002 M3 instrument cluster on April 24, 2019, along with the aftermarket dial face and cluster inserts that you wanted us to install. On May 2, 2019, we shipped everything back to you, at our expense , BECAUSE THE RISK OF PERMANENTLY DAMAGING YOUR RARE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FOR COSMETIC REASONS WAS TO HIGH. This is exactly 1 week. Not a month. I spoke with you and emailed several times. This instrument cluster is extremely easy to damage when attempting to remove the pointers. If the shafts break, the only way to repair it is to replace the cluster with a new one, which is very expensive. We were not out to get you. We were looking out for your best interest by not destroying your cluster. We did not charge you for anything and we even paid for your return shipping.
